This is a 3 day a week full body program to help you do less while packing on more muscle than ever before!

This program focuses on the compound exercises while also throwing in accessory Movements for serious strength gains and muscle development. This program can help new lifters speed up their metabolism and go far beyond the newbie gains. This program is phased in 3 different ways so you can buy this program once and run it as many times you wish without seeing diminishing returns.
This program includes 3 phases:
Strength phase: in this phase you will find lots of emphasis on compound movements with 3-5 sets per compound movement and low reps to really kick up the strength gains.
Hypertrophy Phase: This phase you will also find compound movements with less sets but more reps and more volume in total to really get those muscle Fibres developing and build that physique
Pump Phase: This phase includes a lot more volume than the last 2, more workouts and more reps per workout with fast rest periods to really get the blood pumping into your muscles and have you seeing a full body pump while in the gym and developing elite muscular endurance and physique sculpting.
This program is phased this way to avoid plateaus while at the gym, and keep your body producing muscle and losing fat.
These workouts are all based around "doing less is more" and when you buy this program you will see that that this is true.
It also includes 2 optional active recovery days.
These recovery days aren't Mandatory but highly recommended to do if you want to see better recovery, maximal muscle gains and increased mobility.
